Hi! I'm Tara.

I was first introduced to sound healing early in my journey of motherhood. In that season of profound change, I found sound healing to be an anchor—helping me regulate my nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with myself amidst the demands of caring for a young family. Experiencing firsthand how deeply restorative this practice can be inspired me to share it with others. In early 2024, I began collecting knowledge and tools, sharing sound experiences with friends and family along the way.

Since then, I have facilitated sound baths and meditative experiences in a wide range of settings, including wellness retreats, celebrations of life, drug and alcohol treatment facilities, and regular public events within nearby rural communities. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, I create immersive soundscapes that support relaxation, emotional release, and inner clarity.

My approach is both scientific and intuitive, grounded in the understanding that all things are frequency and that sound provides a pathway to realignment. I am passionate about making this practice accessible, especially in rural areas where wellness opportunities are often limited. As both a practitioner and lifelong student, I continue to deepen my knowledge while holding safe, welcoming spaces for others to experience the profound benefits of sound.
